Refund Policy

At Your Kingdom, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as fair as possible.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy for tour bookings is based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure date:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

Please note that a small administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.

2. How to Request a Refund

To cancel your booking and request a refund, please contact our support team directly. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Third-party booking fees (e.g., flights, train tickets).
  • Special permits or entrance fees that are purchased in advance.
  • Customized or private tour arrangements.

4. Tour Cancellation by Your Kingdom

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future tour. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.

5. Processing Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
